The mini meteorology station to be installed outside the greenhouse and the sensors inside the greenhouse will measure the climate data inside and outside the greenhouse (such as temperature, humidity, wind, rain and light sensors), and the whole climate such as ventilation windows, heating system, cooling-humidification, shading system. All parameters determined regarding control functions and production units will be automatically adjusted according to the desired set values to be controlled separately. Automation will control 2 or more units separately.
This automation system that requires intensive parameter measurements and control; It will consist of a PC computer, printer, sensors, sensors, sensors and measuring devices, as well as electronic circuits and automation software.
The system provides the security of the system with the alarm system, which can interpret all the parameters coming from the sensors and keep the statistics and put them into graphics. If desired, it will be able to control over the internet.
It offers integrated control of up to three heating systems, including control of three-way valves and circulation pumps. In addition to ground heating, primary and secondary heating systems are available. Temperature control can be divided into 8 time zones, 24 hours a day. Time zones can be set as fixed times or according to the time of sunrise and sunset. An important element in the CDC computer is the capacity to control the temperature to desired settings, so wisely, the cost of excessive heating should be avoided. Light and humidity are fully integrated in the heating control. Part of the heating control is a very tight integration with both high and low humidity control as well as the level of solar radiation. The result is that the CDC detects and interacts with plants based on the energy level they get from the sun, creating a significant synergy effect that benefits the plant. Humidity control has the ability to prevent disease by controlling excess moisture and raising humidity during periods of high temperature and low humidity.
As explained earlier, the humidity control of the CDC Climate System is highly advanced and efficient. Thanks to the high-quality humidity sensor installed inside the greenhouse and the feedback from the outdoor air station's humidity sensor, the computer can make smart and accurate decisions to control the ambient humidity in different greenhouse compartments. Humidity can be controlled using% (relative humidity), Delta X, Delta T or Vapor Pressure Gap (VPD) values.
Control of two display systems is a standard part of the CDC program. But for special tasks, we can control three screens. Three options are energy screen, shadow screen and blackout screen. The use of screens is an important part of creating the best environment for plants. In addition, the screens provide great savings in heating costs. CDC display control, all elements of this climate computer are closely linked with the outdoor climate. The screens are only retracted when the light level is high enough and only in small steps to avoid cold stress caused by the cold air that forms above the screen. It is also possible to control outdoor screens with our control unit.
CO² is almost always a limiting factor for plant production in greenhouses and therefore we offer you control of CO² in each compartment with regard to light level and ventilation.
Control and data logging of all climate data in the greenhouse from a PC is a natural part of the CDC Climate System. PC connectivity also allows remote control and super view via modem or GPRS.
It is important to control the light, humidity, temperature and CO2 level of the greenhouses because the weather station is indispensable to collect data on the weather conditions outside the greenhouse. The weather station measures the following values

In greenhouse applications, the EC and pH values of the irrigation water must be provided according to the needs of the product to be produced.
