6. Curtain and Shading System

Heat curtain, shading in summer; It provides high level of heat insulation and indoor atmosphere control ideally during winters and nights, and provides high energy savings. 7. Irrigation and Automation System

The fertilizer tank and fertilizer automation systems used in greenhouse irrigation automation and open field irrigation systems deliver the acid and fertilizer solution taken from the fertilizer tanks to the mixing tank with a two-way valve system. When the values obtained from the sensors fixed on it reach the determined limits, it stops the flow to the tank. In this system, instant and more precise dosing is made. A homogeneous plant nutrient solution is obtained by pre-mixing water and fertilizer with the fertilizer tank system.

8. Fogging System

Processing will be controlled automatically by computer automation, according to the time interval, ambient temperature and humidity. The water particles atomized and turned into fog by spraying at high pressure are absorbed by the air and provide the necessary moisture, the energy released during the sudden evaporation event cools the environment.

9. Gutter System

The drainage gutter is shaped in a single piece along the length of the row in the greenhouse, using a mobile roll sheet bending line from roll steel sheet. For this reason, there is no leakage problem from transportation and joints. Painted over galvanized steel is not exposed to rust and corrosion and is long-lasting. Since it is raised from the ground with the hanging system, it facilitates the workmanship operations, Provides more secure moisture and disease control. Since the cold air is heavy, it collapses on the greenhouse floor and the root zone becomes cold, sufficient height above the soil level provides more ideal results in terms of root and plant development.

The carrier drainage gutter ensures that the fertilized water leaking from the production beds is collected and collected for discharge and reuse. The cross section feature of our gutter system is designed to drain the drainage water from the sides, preventing the spread of diseases from plants.

The greenhouse floor will be covered with woven ground cover in order to prevent weed growth and provide a sanitary environment. The groove made of painted galvanized sheet of 600 × 0.6mm is manufactured in one piece along the greenhouse line in the greenhouse.

10. Plant Hanger Wires System

12 mm galvanized rope is mounted to each column at a height of 4.5 m along the front and rear facades of the tunnel faces. 6 mm galvanized rope is attached to each inner column in the width of the greenhouse. These ropes are supported by hanging by 3 galvanized chains attached to the scissors. Our plant hanging system is completed by pulling a 4 mm galvanized rope over these ropes in 6 rows in each tunnel.

13. Air Conditioning Automation System

The mini meteorology station to be installed outside the greenhouse and the sensors inside the greenhouse will measure the climate data inside and outside the greenhouse (such as temperature, humidity, wind, rain and light sensors), and the whole climate such as ventilation windows, heating system, cooling-humidification, shading system. All parameters determined regarding control functions and production units will be automatically adjusted according to the desired set values to be controlled separately. Automation will control 2 or more units separately.

This automation system that requires intensive parameter measurements and control; It will consist of a PC computer, printer, sensors, sensors, sensors and measuring devices, as well as electronic circuits and automation software.

The system provides the security of the system with the alarm system, which can interpret all the parameters coming from the sensors and keep the statistics and put them into graphics. If desired, it will be able to control over the internet.

Heating System Control

It offers integrated control of up to three heating systems, including control of three-way valves and circulation pumps. In addition to ground heating, primary and secondary heating systems are available. Temperature control can be divided into 8 time zones, 24 hours a day. Time zones can be set as fixed times or according to the time of sunrise and sunset. An important element in the CDC computer is the capacity to control the temperature to desired settings, so wisely, the cost of excessive heating should be avoided. Light and humidity are fully integrated in the heating control. Part of the heating control is a very tight integration with both high and low humidity control as well as the level of solar radiation. The result is that the CDC detects and interacts with plants based on the energy level they get from the sun, creating a significant synergy effect that benefits the plant. Humidity control has the ability to prevent disease by controlling excess moisture and raising humidity during periods of high temperature and low humidity.

Humidity System Control

As explained earlier, the humidity control of the CDC Climate System is highly advanced and efficient. Thanks to the high-quality humidity sensor installed inside the greenhouse and the feedback from the outdoor air station's humidity sensor, the computer can make smart and accurate decisions to control the ambient humidity in different greenhouse compartments. Humidity can be controlled using% (relative humidity), Delta X, Delta T or Vapor Pressure Gap (VPD) values.

Screening System Control

Control of two display systems is a standard part of the CDC program. But for special tasks, we can control three screens. Three options are energy screen, shadow screen and blackout screen. The use of screens is an important part of creating the best environment for plants. In addition, the screens provide great savings in heating costs. CDC display control, all elements of this climate computer are closely linked with the outdoor climate. The screens are only retracted when the light level is high enough and only in small steps to avoid cold stress caused by the cold air that forms above the screen. It is also possible to control outdoor screens with our control unit.

CO² Control

CO² is almost always a limiting factor for plant production in greenhouses and therefore we offer you control of CO² in each compartment with regard to light level and ventilation.

Control via PC

Control and data logging of all climate data in the greenhouse from a PC is a natural part of the CDC Climate System. PC connectivity also allows remote control and super view via modem or GPRS.

Meteorology Measurement Station

It is important to control the light, humidity, temperature and CO2 level of the greenhouses because the weather station is indispensable to collect data on the weather conditions outside the greenhouse. The weather station measures the following values

Wind speed - Wind direction - Outdoor temperature - Sun density - Outdoor humidity

14. Purification

In greenhouse applications, the EC and pH values of the irrigation water must be provided according to the needs of the product to be produced.

The irrigation water used in the greenhouse is obtained from the river water, based on the area where the greenhouse is located.
