Air Handling Units

Haser Group > Heating and Cooling System > Air Handling Units

Air handling units are manufactured in the form of steel box profiles with a cellular structure, and air handling unit panels are manufactured as double-skinned. The inner walls of the panels are made of galvanized, painted galvanized and stainless steel and epoxy coated galvanized sheets are used on the outer walls. Inside the panels, basalt and diabase-based rock wool with a density of 70 kg / h is used as thermal and acoustic insulation material. Specially shaped carrier bases of 200 mm height are used under all central cells. Special sealed EPDM gaskets are used in all control doors. Circular inspection windows are used in the control doors addressing the fan and filter cells. The central cells are assembled using cell splicing fragments. Aerofoil winged air control dampers are used in the air outlet parts of air handling units. Directly driven plug fans and belt-pulley driven radial fans with rare blades and dense blades are generally used in air handling units. Asynchronous electric motors are used to drive the radial fans.

Comfort Air Handling Units

Comfort-type air handling units used in living areas that require heating, cooling and ventilation can be easily applied to living spaces of all volumes with their flexible capacity selection range. A more comfortable air conditioning is provided by selecting the air handling unit that will meet these needs by calculating the necessary calories and fresh air according to the number of people living inside.

It is a type of air handling unit used in areas where clean room, operating room, intensive care, laboratory and clean room standards are applied. The structure of hygienic air handling units varies a lot compared to other air handling units. It is manufactured in a very rigid structure in terms of cellular strength and impermeability. The interior surface of the hygiene air handling unit is completely made of 304 quality stainless steel. There are sharp corners and edges that hold dirt and dust on the inner surfaces of the unit. A 3-stage filter system is used in hygienic type air handling units. In the first stage, G4 coarse filter is used as F7 bag filter as the second stage and F9 bag filter is used as the third stage.

Heat Recovery Air Handling Unit

Heat recovery air handling units are manufactured in three different configurations.

1. Cross-flow air handling units with plate heat exchangers

The air circulation of the aspirator and ventilator line is passed over the plate heat exchanger and the heat energy on the exhaust air is transferred to the fresh air line.

2.Rotor heat drum type heat recovery air handling unit

The drum-type heat recovery wheel is rotated clockwise at 4 revolutions per minute, allowing energy transfer on the aspiration and ventilation lines.

3.Hydronic circulation heat recovery air handling unit

Fluid is transferred between the copper pipe aluminum finned heat recovery coils mounted on the aspirator and ventilator air pass lines with the help of a circulation pump. The heat energy taken into the fluid is sent to the fan line.

• Fresh Air Plant

These are air handling units that allow the fresh air to be conditioned in places that need fresh air. 100% fresh air air handling units are powered by chillers and DX systems in cooling. Heating requirement is provided by heating boilers and DX systems.

• Package Hygienic Air Handling Unit

Packaged type hygienic air handling units, manufactured in accordance with DIN 1946/4 standards, provide ease of installation thanks to their extremely compact structure. Compact structured PBXs fit into smaller spaces thanks to the vertical type configuration. Pact type power plants do not need any other heat source for heating and cooling thanks to the DX condenser unit.

Package Pool Dehumidification Units

As a result of intense evaporation in indoor swimming pools, there is a significant increase in relative humidity. When the relative humidity exceeds 70%, comfort conditions deteriorate and people have difficulty breathing. Pool dehumidification air handling units are used to eliminate such adversities. Low evaporation temperatures allow the water vapor in the air to condense. The water droplets separated from the air are evacuated with the help of the drainage line.
