Axial Fan

The devices are made round by giving a special shape on the roller benches and round air duct flashes are mounted on the inlet and outlet networks. Electric motors are mounted on the body of the device with the connection legs with increased strength. Round axial fans are manufactured using galvanized coated static painted sheets.

Axial fans are devices designed to provide fast air transfer. Circular section axial fans are used with air duct connection or free throw. Aquial bladed fans are integrated with jet fan ventilation systems in car parks, allowing the gathering air to reach ground level. Axial fans can be used as both aspirators and ventilators. Axial blade fans are also used where explosive and combustible material transfer is required.

Axial fans are used as smoke evacuation fans in parking areas. The motors of the fans that serve as smoke evacuation smoke engines are used that can withstand high temperatures for a certain period of time. Smoke engines are manufactured to withstand 300 C for at least 3 hours. Air flow and pressure are adjusted by angle adjustment on the propellers used in axial blade fans. Angle adjustable fins are made of bakelite and aluminum material.

It offers economical solutions thanks to its very practical use. Round air duct provides fast installation opportunity thanks to its counter connection flange. Axial is used as aspirator and ventilator only by changing the mounting direction. Since the propellers are directly coupled to the motor shaft, there is no loss of efficiency caused by power transmission mechanisms. In line with the project requirements, the desired pressure and flow rate are precisely adjusted by the blades with angle adjustment. It is used for ventilation and smoke evacuation by using two-speed electric motors when necessary.
