Channel Type Shelter Device

Thanks to the special designs of the duct type shelter ventilation devices, harmful gases, biological viruses and nuclear fallout suspended in the air can be filtered. NBC filter has hepa feature. Outdoor air is cleaned from coarse dust and particles with the G4 filter half. Even finer particles are removed by the F7 bag filter. Harmful substances are filtered with NBC filter and purified air is sent to the shelter area.

Channel type shelter ventilation devices are used for the ventilation of small diameter shelters. They are more compact than cellular types, allowing them to be connected to the air duct on the ceiling. Duct type shelter devices are manufactured with a capacity of 500 to 1500 m3 / h. It has all the features of the cellular type shelter ventilation unit. It is used for ventilation of shelters for 20 to 50 people.

Channel type shelter devices are very compact. It can be easily mounted on the ceilings of shelter areas. The fact that the devices are completely mounted on the ceiling allows space saving in the shelter. The air duct shelter is easily mounted thanks to the connection flanges of the device. The opposite position air damper located on the air suction side of the shelter ventilation device is provided with the help of a single arm that the emergency side and the normal side are open or closed.

Channel type shelter devices are manufactured using galvanized sheets. Galvanized sheets are covered with electrostatic paint after cutting and shaping processes. High pressure direct driven plug fans are used in the shelter devices. Internal surfaces of the devices are covered with 0.8 mm thick lead plates. G4 coarse filter Activated Carbon Filter F7 bag filter NBC filter and lead eliminator are used as standard in shelter devices. Special type of hanging apparatuses are used for mounting the devices on the ceiling.
