Hood Suction System

Cellular body is manufactured using air handling unit construction techniques for hood extraction systems in general. Cell panels are double-skinned. If the device is used in coal burning systems, water filter models are preferred. Electrostatic filter granular carbon filter smoke filter and oil-holding metal filters are used in electrical and welded systems. Backward curved plug fans with rare blades are used in the devices. In exhaust air cleaning devices, the electric motor is not exposed to high temperatures by excluding the air flow. By using a frequency inverter in the devices, more capacity is provided as needed.

Hood extraction systems have been developed to ensure less air pollution in kitchen and grill systems or businesses that produce bad odors and smoke. Collection systems called hoods are mounted on the source of bad and smoke. A cleaning efficiency close to 80% is obtained by filtering the bad air, which is prevented from spreading around with a hood, with exhaust air cleaning plants. The waste air cleaning unit varies according to the place of use. It is used together with the water filter system in the grill benches where coal is used. Machining factories are widely used in the external air chimney connections of plasma and laser workbenches to filter harmful substances that may spread to the outside environment. Electrostatic filters provide counter ions to all particles suspended in the air and adhere to the filter surface. Especially bad odors in the waste air of restaurants in city centers are largely cleaned with a granular carbon filter.

The air that is released into the environment by only air extraction threatens the environment in terms of both odor and health. The developing technology has enabled the use of new techniques in this field. Dirty air is passed through aqueous filter, electrostatic filter, granular carbon filter and smoke filter, providing a cleaner environment.
