Plug fan aspirators are built on a special steel base. The main body is formed by using box profiles. Cells are manufactured using double skin panels. Apart from double-walled panels, 1 mm painted galvanized and 0.5 mm thick galvanized sheets are used. High density rock wool insulation is used between the two walls. Backward curved radial fans are used in the units. Radial fans are directly coupled to the motor shaft. 380 volt asynchronous electric motors are used in the devices.
