Radial Heating

Radial appliances are manufactured using 1.2 mm thick galvanized sheets. After the twisting works, the main body is covered with electrostatic powder paint. The heater coil is manufactured with copper pipe aluminum fins. Radial fans with rare blades are used in the air blowing system. Radial fans are coupled to the motor shaft to prevent efficiency losses. Three-phase asynchronous electrical system is used in the drive system.

What Does a Radial Heating Apparatus Do

Radial type heating appliances are devices used for fast and effective heating. It is very difficult to heat in places with high ceilings. The principle of rising and rising of the heated air makes the heating function very difficult in places with high ceilings. Thanks to the radial heating apparatus, high pressure radial fans, the hot air is sent further. Large spaces can be easily heated thanks to radial heating appliances.

Radial Heating Usage Areas

Radial fan heating appliances are used for the heating of warehouse, factory, gym, large schow room and shops. Since these types of spaces generally have high ceilings, they are heated more easily thanks to radial heating appliances. Radial heating appliances are operated under room thermostat control by connecting a three-way valve. Thanks to the room thermostat, the interior space can be kept at the desired temperature value.

Advantages of Radial Heating

Radial heating appliances heat faster than panel radiators or conventional systems. Radial appliances can be installed at a height of 2.5 to 3 meters from the ground level and heating up to the ground level can be done with a radial fan blowing system. The regulated air directing flaps in the air outlet section of the heating apparatus ensure that the hot air is directed homogeneously all over.
