Sparse Wing Cell Aspirator

Sparse bladed aspirators are manufactured using double-walled panels. Special chassis with a height of 150 mm are used under the device. The fan and motor system are connected to the body of the device with spring vibrators. The air outlet of the radial fan is connected to the cell panel with flexible connectors. Oil trap metal filters can be installed in projects where oil-air is transferred from aspirators with rare blades.

Cell aspirators with rare blades are used in ventilation systems where particle transfer is required. Fans that produce high pressure are required to transport particles by air. Cell aspirators with rare blades produce more pressure by making more revolutions thanks to their backward curved blade structure. Sparse bladed aspirators are also used in oily environments, because the blades are welded to the fan body, they are more durable and the balance is not disturbed.

Aspirators with rare blades are used for ventilation from welding shops, restaurant kitchens and grill cookers. Thanks to their industrial structure, they can withstand more force and pressure. Smoke and dust-laden air can be transferred faster and more effectively with the help of fan blades. An oil collection reservoir is built at the bottom of the devices operating in oily environments.

Sparse finned cell aspirators are more durable than other equivalent models. The differences in the structure of the fan used in the motor drive system make these devices one step ahead in terms of endurance. Welded joining fans with wide blades can withstand higher speeds. Fan shafts are of thicker diameter and roller bearings are used as UC type. Fan rotors are balanced using very precise balancing machines.
